How to Massage Your Face
Don’t be afraid to touch and massage your face! Any gentle movement is a treat for your skin, but always make sure your hands and tools are clean before you start.

  • For headaches: Gently pinch the inner edge of your eyebrows with your index finger and thumb. You can also massage your temples and guide the massage towards the under-eye area, then move towards the bridge of your nose and up over the eyebrows, returning to the temples. Repeat 3-5 times.

  • For stress relief: Massage your jaw in circular motions, starting from the jawline and moving towards your chin. You can also massage your scalp and the back of your neck—this will help ease tension quickly.
